This list is not exhaustive and nor should it be taken that each one of these is truly free of gluten as it does depend on the manufacturer, but these are food items I have been eating without complaint for years. Always read the label and if in doubt contact the manufacturer.

As you can see, this list is actually quite comprehensive and there is no reason why you cannot make decent, flavorsome, nutritious meals that will please you and your digestion.
